A bill to amend 2016 PA 436, entitled
"Unmanned aircraft systems act,"
(MCL 259.301 to 259.331) by adding section 21a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 21a. (1) An individual shall not knowingly and
intentionally operate an unmanned aircraft system in a manner that
interferes with the operations of a key facility.
(2) As used in this section, "key facility" means a key
facility as defined in section 45a of the Michigan penal code, 1931
PA 328, MCL 750.45a, or a correctional facility or other law
enforcement facility.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
