ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 757
AN ACT to repeal 1962 PA 198, entitled “An act to authorize the state board of control for vocational education to accept federal funds with which to establish a program to alleviate conditions of persistent unemployment and underemployment in certain economically distressed areas,” (MCL 395.71 to 395.73).
The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Enacting section 1. 1962 PA 198, MCL 395.71 to 395.73, is repealed.
This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
