SENATE BILL No. 757

 

 

October 13, 2011, Introduced by Senators JANSEN, MEEKHOF and MARLEAU and referred to the Committee on Appropriations.

 

 

 

     A bill to amend 1966 PA 331, entitled

 

"Community college act of 1966,"

 

by amending section 166 (MCL 389.166), as added by 2008 PA 359.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 166. The aggregate outstanding obligation of all of the

 

agreements entered into under this chapter in a calendar year shall

 

not exceed $50,000,000.00. in any calendar year.
