SENATE BILL NO. 580

A bill to amend 1949 PA 300, entitled

"Michigan vehicle code,"

(MCL 257.1 to 257.923) by adding section 79g.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 79g. "Vulnerable roadway user" means any of the following:

(a) A pedestrian.

(b) A bicyclist.

(c) An individual using a wheelchair.

(d) An individual operating or riding a transportation device in compliance with this act.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.

Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 101st Legislature are enacted into law:

(a) Senate Bill No. 581.

 

(b) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No.____ (request no. 03186'21).

(c) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No.____ (request no. 03204'21).
