SENATE BILL NO. 524

A bill to make, supplement, and adjust appropriations for the department of labor and economic opportunity for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2023 and September 30, 2024; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

PROVISIONS CONCERNING APPROPRIATIONS

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024

REPEALERS

Sec. 101. Sections 109, 350, 351, and 352 of article 9 of 2023 PA 119 are repealed.

PROVISIONS CONCERNING APPROPRIATIONS

FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023

REPEALERS

Sec. 201. Sections 602 and 603 of article 16 of 2023 PA 119 are repealed.
