     A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled

 

"The revised school code,"

 

(MCL 380.1 to 380.1852) by adding section 1259.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 1259. The board of a school district shall not operate a

 

school or any other educational program outside the boundaries of

 

that school district without the written permission of the board of

 

the school district in which the school or program is located.
