HOUSE BILL No. 6074

 

November 29, 2012, Introduced by Rep. McMillin and referred to the Committee on Appropriations.

 

     An act to provide for fair valuation of property in the

 

acquisition or disposition of real property by this state and

 

agencies of this state in transactions with state employees.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 1. This state or an agency or authority of this state

 

shall not enter into an agreement for the purchase or sale of real

 

property with an employee of this state unless the purchase or sale

 

is the result of eminent domain proceedings.
