HOUSE BILL No. 5975

      A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

 

"State license fee act,"

 

(MCL 338.2201 to 338.2277) by adding section 34.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

 1        Sec. 34. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as an

 

 2  entertainer or manager of an adult entertainment business under

 

 3  article 14A of the occupational code, MCL 339.1451 to 339.1461, are

 

 4  as follows:

 

 

5	(a) Application processing fee................. $ 150.00.
6	(b) License fee, per year...................... $ 100.00.

 

 

 7        Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

 1  after the date it is enacted into law.

 

 2        Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

 3  unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5973 (request no.

 

 4  04171'17 *) of the 99th Legislature is enacted into law.
