     A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled

 

"The social welfare act,"

 

(MCL 400.1 to 400.119b) by adding section 109k.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 109k. Any fee collected by a county for maintenance or

 

oversight of funds dispersed to care providers for individuals with

 

developmental disabilities shall not be more than 10% of the funds

 

dispersed to the care providers or a reasonable amount based on

 

common practices.
