     A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

 

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

 

by repealing section 17313 (MCL 324.17313).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 17313 of the natural resources and

 

environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.17313, is

 

repealed.
