HOUSE BILL No. 5555

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 1061.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 1061. The portion of highway M-231 between I-96 and M-45

 

in Ottawa county shall be known as the "Sgt. Henry E. Plant

 

Memorial Highway".
