ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5271

AN ACT to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled “An act to provide for the establishment and collection of fees for the investigation, regulation, and enforcement of certain occupations and professions, and for certain agencies and businesses; to create certain funds for certain purposes; and to prescribe certain powers and duties of certain state agencies and departments,” (MCL 338.2201 to 338.2277) by adding section 38a.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Sec. 38a. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as a state licensed appraisal management company under article 26A of the occupational code, MCL 339.2661 to 339.2677, are as follows:

(a) Application processing fee..................................................................................................................................... $ 500.00.

(b) License fee, per year.............................................................................................................................................. $ 500.00.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect April 1, 2014.

Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless House Bill No. 4975 of the 96th Legislature is enacted into law.
