A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled
"The revised school code,"
(MCL 380.1 to 380.1852) by adding section 1279i.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 1279i. The department shall ensure that the brand name,
trademark, or service mark of any commercially available product or
service is not included in a test question or assessment assignment
that is part of a test or assessment that public school pupils are
required to take under state law.
