ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 4523

AN ACT to repeal 1970 PA 202, entitled “An act to regulate the possession, handling, storage, control, use, sale, purchase, transfer, transportation or other disposition of explosives; to provide for permits in connection therewith; and to provide penalties,” (MCL 29.41 to 29.55).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. The explosives act of 1970, 1970 PA 202, MCL 29.41 to 29.55, is repealed.

Enacting section 2. This act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
