"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2081) by adding section 1090.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 1090. The bridge on M-13 over Cheboyganing Creek in Bay County shall be known as the "Sergeant Kristopher J. Gould Memorial Bridge".
