HOUSE BILL No. 4358

     A bill to amend 1901 PA 6, entitled

 

"An act to provide for the employment of clerks or assistants in

the executive office of this state,"

 

by amending section 1 (MCL 10.11), as amended by 2002 PA 379.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 1. The governor may from time to time employ clerks and

 

assistants in addition to those already provided for by law , for

 

service in his or her department, as the governor may consider

assistants to shall be determined by the governor and to be paid

 

from the general fund on the warrant of the state treasurer , in
