HOUSE BILL No. 4247

     A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled

 

"The management and budget act,"

 

(MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 255.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 255. Except as provided in section 503 of the natural

 

resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL

 

324.503, a state agency that conveys land shall not reserve the

 

oil, gas, or other mineral rights to the land.
