Bill Title: A concurrent resolution to request that the United States Congress enact the Primary Care Enhancement Act (H.R. 365), to promote the use of Direct Primary Care Services and that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and Department of the Treasury promulgate rules and/or issue guidance that would promote the opportunity for consumers to choose Direct Primary Care Services as an integral part of their health care plan.
