Summary

Requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to develop and make available an Old Line Plate with a certain numeric-only registration number for certain motor vehicles; and requiring the Administration to ensure that an Old Line Plate issued to an eligible disabled veteran includes a designation that states "Disabled Veteran".
