Summary

Authorizing the State Highway Administration to require certain nongovernmental applicants for certain permits to submit a schedule for the work to be performed under the permit; requiring a person issued a certain permit to perform the permitted work in accordance with a certain work schedule; authorizing the Administration to revoke a certain permit if the person fails to complete the work in accordance with an approved schedule; and providing that certain permit holders and its sureties are liable for certain damages.
