| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Mildred Foster of North Chicago, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on November 6, 2016; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Mildred Foster was born on April 7, 1926; she | ||||||
| 6 | married Bert Foster, Sr. in 1955; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Mildred Foster was extremely proud to be an | ||||||
| 8 | alderwoman and a grandmother; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Mildred Foster was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 10 | daughter, Susan; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Mildred Foster is survived by her husband, Bert | ||||||
| 12 | Sr.; her daughter, Jennifer (Robert) Justice; her sons, Bert | ||||||
| 13 | (Barbara) Foster, Jr. and Jeffrey Foster; her grandchildren, | ||||||
| 14 | Jordan, Ryan, Matthew, Jessica, Georgia, and Lila; and her | ||||||
| 15 | sister, Irene Kelly; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 16 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 17 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her | ||||||
| 18 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Mildred Foster; and be | ||||||
| 19 | it further
