2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Robert Raymond Flanagan of McHenry, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on October 2, 2016; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Robert Flanagan was born in Lake Forest to Raymond | ||||||
6 | and Marie L. (Quint) Flanagan on December 16, 1968; he married | ||||||
7 | Stacy at Shepherd of the Hills Church in McHenry on October 7, | ||||||
8 | 1995; he attended Gateway Technical College in Wisconsin; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Robert Flanagan was an accomplished industrial | ||||||
10 | engineer; he worked over 20 years at the Morgan Bronze Company | ||||||
11 | in Wauconda; most recently, he was employed with GereMarie in | ||||||
12 | Lake Zurich for four years; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Robert Flanagan was a member of the Shepherd of | ||||||
14 | the Hills Church; he was an avid gardener and builder; he | ||||||
15 | enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family, especially | ||||||
16 | when he was able to take his children out on the boat with him; | ||||||
17 | and

18 | WHEREAS, Robert Flanagan is survived by his wife, Stacy; | ||||||
19 | his children, Kaylie, Savanna, Jeremy, and Stephen; his | ||||||
20 | parents; his in-laws, Cecil and Patty Bays; his brothers, | ||||||
21 | William (Gina) Flanagan, and Richard (Tammie) Flanagan; and his |

1 | brothers-in-law, Tim Bays, and Chad (Mary) Bays; therefore, be | ||||||

3 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
4 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
5 | Robert Raymond Flanagan, and extend our sincere condolences to | ||||||
6 | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
7 | further

8 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
