SENATE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of Charles C. "Chuck" Barr Jr. of McHenry,
4who passed away on October 5, 2016; and
5 WHEREAS, Charles Barr Jr. was born in Chicago on January
628, 1942; he served in the United States Army; he married Judy
7in Roselle on May 12, 1973 and they spent the last 41 years in
8the McHenry area; and
9 WHEREAS, Charles Barr Jr. was preceded in death by his son,
10Matthew; his brother-in-law, Jack; his brother-in-law, George;
11his mother-in-law, Dorothy Altman; and his parents; and
12 WHEREAS, Charles Barr Jr. is survived by his wife of 43
13years, Judy; his sons, Ryan (Jodi), Tyler (Rebecca), and Adam
14(Tracy) Barr; his grandchildren, Collin, Emma, Charlotte,
15Mayson, Owen, Jackson, Lucy, and Tyson; his sisters-in-law,
16Gail Williams, and Lynne (Tom) Connolly; his brother-in-law,
17Mike (Kate) Altman; his sister-in-law, Jan Moshure; and many
18nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
19 RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
21Charles C. "Chuck" Barr Jr., and extend our sincere condolences

1to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be
2it further
3 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
