| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Kathleen "Cathie" Tekampe of Rosemont, | ||||||
| 4 | who passed away on November 18, 2018; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Cathie Tekampe was a dietary supervisor for over | ||||||
| 6 | 27 years at Victory Memorial Hospital (Vista Medical Center | ||||||
| 7 | East); and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Cathie Tekampe was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 9 | parents, Anthony and Helen Moran; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Cathie Tekampe is survived by her beloved husband, | ||||||
| 11 | John "Jack" Tekampe; her children, Kris (Mike) Germain and John | ||||||
| 12 | (Alejandra) Tekampe; her sister, Maureen Gerzel; and her | ||||||
| 13 | grandchildren, Katie, Brian, Anthony, and Patricio; therefore, | ||||||
| 14 | be it

| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 17 | Kathleen "Cathie" Tekampe and extend our sincere condolences to | ||||||
| 18 | her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
