| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Darrin Michael Jorn of Hillsboro, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on December 30, 2018; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Darrin Jorn was born in Hillsboro to Kenneth and | ||||||
| 6 | Carol (Reynolds) Jorn on May 9, 1968; he graduated from | ||||||
| 7 | Hillsboro High School in 1987; he married Becky Chesser on May | ||||||
| 8 | 30, 2003; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Darrin Jorn owned and operated Jorn Signs; he was | ||||||
| 10 | a graphic artwork specialist and donated many graphic art | ||||||
| 11 | banners to organizations; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Darrin Jorn was a precinct committeemen for the | ||||||
| 13 | Republican Party; he was a member of the Mt. Moriah Masonic | ||||||
| 14 | Lodge; he enjoyed woodworking, target shooting, music, and | ||||||
| 15 | playing with friends in a band; and
| ||||||
| 16 | WHEREAS, Darrin Jorn is survived by his parents; his wife, | ||||||
| 17 | Becky; his children, Derek Chesser, Dylan White, and Darby | ||||||
| 18 | White; his brother, Denny (Marci) Jorn; and several nieces, | ||||||
| 19 | nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it

| 20 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||

| 1 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 2 | Darrin Michael Jorn and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
