| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of William Ray Dryoel of Rock Island, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on July 30, 2016; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, William Dryoel was born in Rock Island to Robert | ||||||
| 6 | V. and Betty J. Clayton Dryoel on June 22, 1949; he served in | ||||||
| 7 | the United States Army during the Vietnam War; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, William Dryoel worked at Wal-Mart for the last 18 | ||||||
| 9 | years; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, William Dryoel enjoyed camping, fishing, bike | ||||||
| 11 | riding, mushroom hunting, and collecting; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, William Dryoel was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 13 | parents; his son, Billy Dryoel; his sister, Martha Dryoel; and | ||||||
| 14 | his brother, Donald Dryoel; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, William Dryoel is survived by his daughter, Julie | ||||||
| 16 | Foutch; his grandchildren, Cory and Kayla Foutch, and Lindsay | ||||||
| 17 | Smith; his great-grandchildren, Savannah Jo, Dominic Lee, Cora | ||||||
| 18 | Ann Aurora, and Leon James Broly; his brothers, Michael Dryoel, | ||||||
| 19 | Robert (JoAnn) Dryoel, and Daniel Dryoel; and his sister, Janet | ||||||

| 2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 3 | William Ray Dryoel, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 4 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
