| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Jeannette Small of Springfield, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on June 27, 2016; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Jeannette Small was born on March 25, 1936 in | ||||||
| 6 | Roxboro, North Carolina; her parents were Reuben Ray Jones and | ||||||
| 7 | Bertha Joseph Hamlett; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Jeannette Small retired as an executive assistant | ||||||
| 9 | for the National Council on Compensation Insurance after many | ||||||
| 10 | years of service; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Jeannette Small was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 12 | parents and her brother, Bill Jones; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Jeannette Small is survived by her children, Lori | ||||||
| 14 | Dobrino Small, Carla Dobrino Smith (fiance, Jim Freytag), | ||||||
| 15 | Robert (Diane) Dobrino, and Donette (Michael) Dobrino Clark; | ||||||
| 16 | her grandchildren, Jeremy Ross, Sean Dickerson, Brandon Smith, | ||||||
| 17 | Daniel Dobrino, Osiana Small, Marquez Small, Jenna Clark, and | ||||||
| 18 | Mitchell Clark; her great-grandchild, Makenna Smith; and her | ||||||
| 19 | sister, Wilhelmina Rountree; therefore, be it
