2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Corwin S. Freeman, Jr. of Elgin and | ||||||
4 | Peachtree City, Georgia, who passed away on May 14, 2016 at the | ||||||
5 | age of 68; and
| ||||||
6 | WHEREAS, Corwin Freeman, Jr. was born in Elmhurst and | ||||||
7 | raised in Naperville; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Corwin Freeman, Jr. was a proud member of the | ||||||
9 | United States Marine Corps; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Corwin Freeman, Jr. excelled in the financial | ||||||
11 | planning industry as President of Valley Estate Planners, Ltd.; | ||||||
12 | and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Corwin Freeman, Jr. was an enthusiastic Life and | ||||||
14 | Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table since 1981, | ||||||
15 | with Top of the Table production of this elite group of | ||||||
16 | financial planners; and

17 | WHEREAS, Corwin Freeman, Jr. enjoyed traveling with his | ||||||
18 | family, Jimmy Buffett, Notre Dame sports, and playing Bridge | ||||||
19 | and other card games; and

1 | WHEREAS, Corwin Freeman, Jr. is survived by his wife, | ||||||
2 | Cynthia Lea Freeman; his daughters, Carrie, Katie, and | ||||||
3 | Courtney; his brothers, John, Terry, and Chris; and his sister, | ||||||
4 | Mary Katherine; therefore, be it

5 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
6 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
7 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Corwin S. Freeman, | ||||||
8 | Jr.; and be it further

9 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
