2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Paul L. Sattler of Waukegan, who passed | ||||||
4 | away on April 7, 2018; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Paul Sattler was born in Waukegan to Delbert H. | ||||||
6 | and Mary E. Sattler on January 22, 1934; he graduated from | ||||||
7 | Waukegan High School and married Mary A. Siebert in Waukegan on | ||||||
8 | June 22, 1957; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Paul Sattler enjoyed power boating, spending | ||||||
10 | weekends on the Chain of Lakes, and yearly trips to Lake of the | ||||||
11 | Ozarks; he was an avid sports fan, especially of the Chicago | ||||||
12 | Cubs and Bears; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Paul Sattler was the youngest of four brothers, | ||||||
14 | Gerald, Bernard, Donald, and Paul; and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Paul Sattler is survived by his wife of 60 years, | ||||||
16 | Mary; his son, Bradley P. Sattler; his grandson, Zachary P. | ||||||
17 | Sattler; his sisters-in-law, Ann Sattler, Rosemary Sattler, | ||||||
18 | Shirley Robinson, Carol Joan Siebert, April Walton, Dawn | ||||||
19 | Covington, and Brenda Cartwright; his brothers-in-law, Norris | ||||||
20 | Siebert and Robert Siebert; and numerous nephews, nieces, | ||||||
21 | great-nieces, and great-nephews; therefore, be it

1 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
3 | Paul L. Sattler, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
4 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
5 | further

6 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
7 | presented to the family of Paul Sattler as an expression of our | ||||||
8 | deepest sympathy.
