| 3 | learn of the death of James Lewis "Rock" Haley Sr., who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on December 20, 2020; and

| 5 | WHEREAS, James Haley Sr. was born in Peoria to Christine | ||||||
| 6 | Johnson Haley and James E. Haley on January 19, 1937; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, James Haley Sr. was a supervisor for the Secretary | ||||||
| 8 | of State for over 20 years; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, James Haley Sr. was preceded in death by his wife, | ||||||
| 10 | Edna Haley; his parents; his sisters, Roberta Davis, Ethel | ||||||
| 11 | Howze, and Chrissie Gage; and his brother, Richard "Moo Moo" | ||||||
| 12 | Haley; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, James Haley Sr. is survived by his sons, James | ||||||
| 14 | "Jimmy" (Sandi) Haley, Robert "Bobby" (Deanne) Haley, Kenneth | ||||||
| 15 | "Kenny" (Darla) Haley, Chico Haley, and Brandy | ||||||
| 16 | Granderson-Haley; his daughters, Vickie Haley, Paula Rice, | ||||||
| 17 | HuVonna "Bonnie" Cave Haley, Christina "Tina" Haley, Teresa | ||||||
| 18 | Haley, and Chandara Haley; his brothers, William "Billy" Haley, | ||||||
