| ||||||
2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Maxine A. Prochnow, formerly of | ||||||
4 | Bloomington, who passed away on December 21, 2020; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Maxine Prochnow was born on January 8, 1933; she | ||||||
6 | married Dr. Richard Prochnow, and they were a loving couple for | ||||||
7 | 60 years before his passing; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Maxine Prochnow worked for Purina before her | ||||||
9 | marriage and then started her life's work in service as the | ||||||
10 | wife of a pastor, which spanned 50 years and five different | ||||||
11 | congregations; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, After her retirement, Maxine Prochnow enjoyed the | ||||||
13 | fellowship of and serving in her local church, Grace Tabernacle | ||||||
14 | of Brooksville, Florida; throughout her life, her advice and | ||||||
15 | care helped inspire and comfort many people; and
| ||||||
16 | WHEREAS, Maxine Prochnow was preceded in death by her | ||||||
17 | husband; and
| ||||||
18 | WHEREAS, Maxine Prochnow is survived by her children, Jeff | ||||||
19 | Prochnow, DeeAnn Stoll, and Todd (Brittney) Prochnow, and her | ||||||
20 | sisters, Alene Whisman, Carol (Joseph) Bansch, and Jan (Dennis) |

2 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | ||||||
3 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

4 | Maxine A. Prochnow and extend our sincere
condolences to her | ||||||
5 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved
her; and be it | ||||||
6 | further

7 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
