2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Wandalyn Walls of Sun City, Arizona, | ||||||
4 | formerly of River Forest and Oak Park, who passed away on May | ||||||
5 | 30, 2014; and
| ||||||
6 | WHEREAS, Wandalyn Walls was born on July 31, 1924 to Gladys | ||||||
7 | and Merton Fisher; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Wandalyn Walls as a long-time member of Harvard | ||||||
9 | Congregational Church in Oak Park; she was a breast cancer | ||||||
10 | survivor and volunteered at the River Forest Breast Care Center | ||||||
11 | and the West Suburban and Oak Park hospitals for over 20 years; | ||||||
12 | and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Wandalyn Walls was married to William Kucharik for | ||||||
14 | over 30 years and to Dr. C. E. Walls, M.D.; and
| ||||||
15 | WHEREAS, Wandalyn Walls was preceded in death by her | ||||||
16 | sister, Marilyn Maxwell; and
| ||||||
17 | WHEREAS, Wandalyn Walls is survived by her sons, Ronald | ||||||
18 | (Karen) Kucharik, Charles (Patricia) Kucharik, and Larry | ||||||
19 | (Kitty Monaghan) Kucharik; her 2 nieces; 8 grandchildren; 11 | ||||||
20 | great-grandchildren; and her much loved cat, Cindy; therefore, |

3 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
4 | Wandalyn Walls, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
5 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
