| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Franklin D. "Frank" Rosenbacher of | ||||||
| 4 | Melbourne, Florida, who passed away on January 23, 2016; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Franklin Rosenbacher was born in 1917; he lived | ||||||
| 6 | his early life in Chicago and later moved to Park Ridge with | ||||||
| 7 | his wife, Kathleen (nee Riordan); and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Franklin Rosenbacher worked as lead salesman for | ||||||
| 9 | the Chicago printing company, Max Stern's Sons, Inc.; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, While living in Chicago and Park ridge, Franklin | ||||||
| 11 | Rosenbacher's chief avocation was photography; he specialized | ||||||
| 12 | in picture portraits, landscape photos, and overseas travels; | ||||||
| 13 | upon moving to Melbourne, Florida, he became a community leader | ||||||
| 14 | and enjoyed playing golf and poker with his friends; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Franklin Rosenbacher was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 16 | wife, Kathleen; his brother, S. Eugene Rosenbacher; and his | ||||||
| 17 | sister, Jeanne Abeles; and
| ||||||
| 18 | WHEREAS, Franklin Rosenbacher is survived by his niece, | ||||||
| 19 | Frances (Robert) Grossman, and his nephews, Robert (Susan) | ||||||
| 20 | Rosenbacher, Jerome (Betty) Abeles, and Richard (Kathy) | ||||||

| 2 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 3 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 4 | Franklin D. "Frank" Rosenbacher, and extend our sincere | ||||||
| 5 | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | ||||||
| 6 | him; and be it further
| ||||||
| 7 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 8 | presented to the family of Franklin Rosenbacher as an | ||||||
| 9 | expression of our deepest sympathy.
