| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Daniel V. Capuano, C.F.D., who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on December 14, 2015 at the age of 42; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Daniel Capuano was a 15-year veteran with the | ||||||
| 6 | Chicago Fire Department and a member of the Evergreen Park Fire | ||||||
| 7 | Department for over 16 years; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Daniel Capuano heroically lost his life as he was | ||||||
| 9 | searching for people while battling a fire in a vacant | ||||||
| 10 | warehouse in Chicago; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Daniel Capuano was the beloved husband and best | ||||||
| 12 | friend of Julie (nee Hauser); the devoted father of Amanda, | ||||||
| 13 | Andrew, and Nicholas; the loving son of Michael and Jacquelyn | ||||||
| 14 | (nee Tassone); the dearest brother of Michael (Katherine) and | ||||||
| 15 | Patrick (Nicolette) Capuano; the dearest son-in-law of Ronald | ||||||
| 16 | and Jeanne Hauser; the fond brother-in-law of Robert (Nicole) | ||||||
| 17 | Hauser and Amy (Jeremy) Bolen; the proud uncle of Alissa, | ||||||
| 18 | Isabella, Delilah, Bodhi, Lucas, Madison, Hannah, Jacob, | ||||||
| 19 | Joshua, Joseph, and Justin; he is also survived by many loving | ||||||
| 20 | aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his dog, Paco; therefore, | ||||||

| 1 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 3 | Daniel V. Capuano, C.F.D., and extend our sincere condolences | ||||||
| 4 | to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be | ||||||
| 5 | it further
