| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Elizabeth "Betty Ann" O'Connell of | ||||||
| 4 | LaGrange; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Betty Ann was a volunteer and caregiver for | ||||||
| 6 | Alzheimer's patients at Lexington Health Care; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Betty Ann was an avid Notre Dame fan; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Betty Ann was preceded in death by 3 brothers and | ||||||
| 9 | 1 sister; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Betty Ann was the beloved wife of the late | ||||||
| 11 | Phillip; the loving mother of Bernard (Marlene), Brian | ||||||
| 12 | (Kathleen), Denis, the late Mary Ellen, the late Rosemary, and | ||||||
| 13 | the late Timothy; the cherished grandmother of Peter Henry, | ||||||
| 14 | Sean Bernard, John Patrick "Jack", and Kevin Joseph; the dear | ||||||
| 15 | sister of Jack (Marge) Henry; the fond sister-in-law of | ||||||
| 16 | Virginia (the late Tom) Moran and Ed O'Connell; and the loved | ||||||
| 17 | aunt of many; therefore, be it

| 18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 20 | Elizabeth "Betty Ann" O'Connell, and extend our sincere | ||||||
