| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Jason John Mueller, who passed away on | ||||||
| 4 | July 12, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Jason Mueller was born on May 30, 1987 in Downers | ||||||
| 6 | Grove; his parents were William Mueller and Sandra (nee Moffat) | ||||||
| 7 | Mueller; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Jason Mueller served his country as a Ranger in | ||||||
| 9 | the United States Army; he served 2 tours of duty in Iraq and | ||||||
| 10 | one in Afghanistan, having received numerous commendations; | ||||||
| 11 | and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Jason Mueller served with distinction as a police | ||||||
| 13 | officer with the Waukegan Police Department; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Jason Mueller is survived by his loving wife, | ||||||
| 15 | Katie (nee Saxon) Mueller; a daughter, Ava Marie Mueller; his | ||||||
| 16 | parents, William Mueller and Sandra Mueller; 3 siblings, | ||||||
| 17 | Matthew, Kristin, and Kaitlin Mueller; his parents-in-law, | ||||||
| 18 | Donald and Beth (nee Rollins) Saxon; his brother-in-law, Jake | ||||||
| 19 | (Caitlin) Saxon; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, other family | ||||||
| 20 | members, and friends; therefore, be it

| 1 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 3 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Jason John Mueller; | ||||||
| 4 | and be it further

| 5 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
