| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Dale J. McCannon of Peoria, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on November 16, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Dale McCannon was born on November 9, 1959 in Rock | ||||||
| 6 | Island; his parents were James and Janice Daxon McCannon; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Dale McCannon served his country as a member of | ||||||
| 8 | the United States Air Force; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Dale McCannon was employed by Operative Plasters | ||||||
| 10 | and Cement Masons Local 18 as a concrete finisher; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Dale McCannon is survived by his parents; his | ||||||
| 12 | maternal grandmother, Mary Rita Daxon; his children, Tyler and | ||||||
| 13 | Lindsey McCannon; his sister, Deborah (Steve) Holstein; and his | ||||||
| 14 | brother, Patrick (Tracy) McCannon; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 17 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Dale J. McCannon; and | ||||||
| 18 | be it further

| 19 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
