| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Brian H. Jasper of Milan, who passed away | ||||||
| 4 | on November 19, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Brian Jasper was born on October 22, 1953 in Rock | ||||||
| 6 | Island; his parents were Malvern and Frances Reinhart Jasper; | ||||||
| 7 | he married Vicki Schaecher on May 26, 1973 in Rock Island; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Brian Jasper proudly served as a member of the | ||||||
| 9 | United States Navy; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Brian Jasper was an iron worker for Iron Workers | ||||||
| 11 | Local 111 in Rock Island, where he retired in October of 2014 | ||||||
| 12 | after many years of service; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Brian Jasper was preceded in death by his father | ||||||
| 14 | and a brother, Greg Jasper; and
| ||||||
| 15 | WHEREAS, Brian Jasper is survived by his wife, Vicki; his | ||||||
| 16 | mother; his children, Amy Groene, Christopher Jasper, Laura | ||||||
| 17 | (David) Otten, and Steven Jasper; his grandchildren, Lauren | ||||||
| 18 | Groene and Liam Otten; and his siblings, Kathy Jasper, Beth | ||||||
| 19 | (Rick) Ater, and Mark (Shiela) Jasper; therefore, be it

| 2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 3 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Brian H. Jasper; and | ||||||
| 4 | be it further

| 5 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 6 | presented to the family of Brian Jasper as an expression of our | ||||||
