| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Tyla Carter, who passed away on August 6, | ||||||
| 4 | 2013; and

| 5 | WHEREAS, Tyla Carter was born on June 3, 2012; her parents | ||||||
| 6 | were Tanesha Oatman and Tyrone Carter; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Tyla Carter was preceded in death by her father; | ||||||
| 8 | and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Tyla Carter is survived by her mother; 4 sisters, | ||||||
| 10 | Tatyana, Octavia, Shalante, and Ashley; 2 brothers, Steven and | ||||||
| 11 | Tyrone, Jr.; grandparents, Barbara Oatman-Collins (Johnnie), | ||||||
| 12 | Charlie Williams (Donna), and Ruby Carter; great-grandparents, | ||||||
| 13 | Charlie and Raynell Williams; great-great grandmother, Stella | ||||||
| 14 | Cochran (Holmer); 5 aunts, Sequoia, Danielle (Josha), Angela, | ||||||
| 15 | Bernice, and Mary; 7 uncles, Wesley (Beatrice), Jessie (Mary), | ||||||
