2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
3 | to learn of the death of Harold Arthur Wigginton of Des | ||||||
4 | Plaines, who passed away on September 12, 2022; and

5 | WHEREAS, Harold Wigginton was born to Robert and Edith | ||||||
6 | Wigginton in Chicago on March 20, 1947; and
| ||||||
7 | WHEREAS, Harold Wigginton was a member of the Odd Fellows | ||||||
8 | and a lifelong White Sox fan; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Harold Wigginton was the beloved husband of 45 | ||||||
10 | years of Joan M. (Majerowski); the loving father of Lynn | ||||||
11 | Wigginton and Sandra (Ryan) Schultz; the proud and cherished | ||||||
12 | grandfather of Charlotte, Whitney, and Jameson Schultz; the | ||||||
13 | dear brother of James (the late Karen) and Janet (Thomas) Day; | ||||||
14 | and the fond uncle of many; therefore, be it

15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL | ||||||
16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
17 | Harold Arthur Wigginton and extend our sincere condolences to | ||||||
18 | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
