| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of USAF Master Sergeant Denis A. Rubingh, | ||||||
| 4 | who was born on June 10, 1932 and passed away on February 28, | ||||||
| 5 | 2020; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Master Sergeant Rubingh proudly served his | ||||||
| 7 | country for 23 years, including one tour in Korea and two tours | ||||||
| 8 | in Vietnam; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Master Sergeant Rubingh was preceded in death by | ||||||
| 10 | his mother, Gladys; his father, Harold; his sister, Georgiana; | ||||||
| 11 | and his brother, Donald; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Master Sergeant Rubingh is survived by his wife of | ||||||
| 13 | 32 years, Uraina; his brothers, Russell and Larry; his sister, | ||||||
| 14 | Darlene; his children, Connie, Matheu, Tammy, Albert, Jerry, | ||||||
| 15 | Rochelle, Darci, John, Mark, and Roy; 29 grandchildren; and 21 | ||||||
| 16 | great-grandchildren; therefore, be it

| 17 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | ||||||
| 18 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 19 | USAF Master Sergeant Denis A. Rubingh and extend our sincere | ||||||
| 20 | condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved | ||||||
| 21 | him; and be it further
