| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Jennie A. Bosnak, who passed away on | ||||||
| 4 | March 26, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Jennie Bosnak was born on October 10, 1921 in | ||||||
| 6 | North Chicago; her parents were Mary and Nick Bosnak; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Jennie Bosnak was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 8 | parents; brothers, Nick and Hank; sisters, Mary Jocius and | ||||||
| 9 | Agnes Kuzmickus; nephew, Frank Jocius; and great-nephew, Hugh | ||||||
| 10 | Mathis; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Jennie Bosnak is survived by her nieces and | ||||||
| 12 | nephews, Carol (John) Kozuch, Robert (Lorrie) Jocius, Mary Jean | ||||||
| 13 | (Denny) Martin, Hank Bosnak, Nick Bosnak, Helen (Rich) Mathis, | ||||||
| 14 | Mark Kuzmickus, Joanne Kuzmickus, and Mary Ellen (Don) | ||||||
| 15 | Christiaens; great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great | ||||||
| 16 | nieces and great-great nephews; and her pet, Dakota; therefore, | ||||||
