| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of William Robert Stanczak of Waukegan, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on September 8, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, William Stanczak was born on January 10, 1937 to | ||||||
| 6 | Celia (nee Svedo) and Bruno W. Stanczak; he graduated from Holy | ||||||
| 7 | Rosary Grade School, Waukegan High School, and Marquette | ||||||
| 8 | University Law School; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, William Stanczak was a practicing attorney in Lake | ||||||
| 10 | County since 1960; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, William Stanczak was a long-time member of the | ||||||
| 12 | Glen Flora Country Club, the City Club, the Lake County Bar | ||||||
| 13 | Association, and Marquette's "M" Club for former athletes; he | ||||||
| 14 | was also a member of the Wilmot Mountain Ski School; he enjoyed | ||||||
| 15 | skiing, golf, basketball, hunting, and playing with his dogs; | ||||||
| 16 | and

| 17 | WHEREAS, William Stanczak is survived by his wife of 25 | ||||||
| 18 | years, Lynn Stanczak (nee Murray); his 5 children, Lisa | ||||||
| 19 | Stanczak (Skip Lemon), Heidi Dyer (Timothy), Kristine | ||||||
| 20 | Stanczak, Suzanne Stanczak, and Bill Stanczak (Jessica, nee | ||||||
| 21 | Olive); his stepson, Joshua Neuwirth (Marylu, nee Pajente); his | ||||||

| 1 | 10 grandchildren, Christian Lemon, Heidi Lemon, Gretchen | ||||||
| 2 | Lemon, Neal Dyer, Phoebe Dyer, Gillian Dyer, Julia Elsmo, | ||||||
| 3 | Sophie Elsmo, Olivia Stanczak, and Emily Stanczak; his | ||||||
| 4 | step-grandchildren, Caleb Neuwirth and Cylla Neuwirth; his | ||||||
| 5 | brother, Dr. Ronald (Patricia) Stanczak; his sister, Susan (the | ||||||
| 6 | late David) Everett; his brother-in-law, Steve Murray; and | ||||||
| 7 | numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, golf buddies, former law | ||||||
| 8 | partners, business associates, and 3 very spoiled dogs, Joe | ||||||
| 9 | Black, Maxine, and Tootchie; therefore, be it

| 10 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 11 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 12 | William Robert Stanczak, and extend our sincere condolences to | ||||||
| 13 | his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
| 14 | further

| 15 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 16 | presented to the family of William Stanczak as an expression of | ||||||
