| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Joseph R. Beyer, Sr. of Midlothian, | ||||||
| 4 | Virginia, who passed away on March 10, 2014; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Joseph Beyer, Sr. was born in Waukegan in 1948 to | ||||||
| 6 | Raymond and Elizabeth Beyer; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Joseph Beyer, Sr. was preceded in death by one | ||||||
| 8 | brother, Jerome; his daughter, Breanna Nicole; and by his | ||||||
| 9 | children's mother, Gwen Beyer-Kaull; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Joseph Beyer, Sr. is survived by his son, Joey | ||||||
| 11 | Beyer, Jr.; his brothers, John (Margaret) Beyer, James | ||||||
| 12 | (Charlotte) Beyer, and Michael (Tricia) Beyer; his sisters, | ||||||
| 13 | Linda Belski, Judith Beyer, and Beth (Lovat) Veitch; and his | ||||||
| 14 | numerous nieces, nephews, and friends; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 17 | Joseph R. Beyer, Sr., and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 18 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
