| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Olga C. "Ollie" Stanulis of Waukegan, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on July 9, 2015; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Olga Stanulis was born on April 25, 1922 in | ||||||
| 6 | Kenosha, Wisconsin; her parents were Caroline (nee Brazis) and | ||||||
| 7 | Paul Andrulis; she married Theodore "Ted" Stanulis, Jr. in 1942 | ||||||
| 8 | in Chicago; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Olga Stanulis was a member of Most Blessed Trinity | ||||||
| 10 | (formerly St. Bartholomew) Church for 70 years; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Olga Stanulis was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 12 | husband, Theodore, and her parents; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Olga Stanulis is survived by her children, Ted | ||||||
| 14 | (Pat) Stanulis, III, Becky Infante, and Donna (Mike) Ruley; her | ||||||
| 15 | 10 grandchildren; her 17 great-grandchildren; her | ||||||
| 16 | brothers-in-law, Leonard Stanulis and Edward (Millie) | ||||||
| 17 | Stanulis; her 2 nieces; her nephew; her special friends, Janet | ||||||
| 18 | and Jim Neal; and her other dear church friends; therefore, be | ||||||
| 19 | it

| 1 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her | ||||||
| 2 | family and friends, mourn the passing of Olga C. "Ollie" | ||||||
| 3 | Stanulis; and be it further

| 4 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
