| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened | ||||||
| 3 | to learn of the death of Kenneth D. Bryan of Teutopolis, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on September 29, 2023; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan, the son of Kenneth E. Bryan and | ||||||
| 6 | Janice (Casteel) Bryan McNeely, was born in Mattoon on May 26, | ||||||
| 7 | 1989; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan worked as an operator at American | ||||||
| 9 | Fiber; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Kenneth Bryan was preceded in death by his | ||||||
| 11 | children, Walker and Rose "Rosie" Bryan; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, At the time of his passing, Kenneth Bryan was | ||||||
| 13 | survived by his father; his mother; his birth mother, Jennifer | ||||||
| 14 | Grams; his brother, Frank Bryan; his sister, Sandy K. Bryan; | ||||||
| 15 | his half sister, Samantha Grams; and his half brother, R.J. | ||||||
| 16 | Grams; therefore, be it

| 17 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL | ||||||
| 18 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
