| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Ted A. Schultz of Lake Bluff, formerly of | ||||||
| 4 | Wheeling, who recently passed away; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Ted Schultz was preceded in death by many aunts | ||||||
| 6 | and uncles; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Ted Schultz was the beloved son of Sheila (the | ||||||
| 8 | late Robert) Schultz; the loving brother of Kathy (Tom Hedlin) | ||||||
| 9 | Ryg, Richard (Marilyn Melton) Schultz, Daniel (Kelly Wilson) | ||||||
| 10 | Schultz, LeeAnn (Al) Ali, Dirk Schultz, and the late Peter | ||||||
| 11 | Schultz; he was the dear uncle of Karyn (Steve), Lindsay, Erin, | ||||||
| 12 | Blake, Jeff, Melissa, Derek, Alyssa, and Sophia; he is also | ||||||
| 13 | survived by his faithful companion, Kathy Evert, and her | ||||||
| 14 | children, Jeremy and Kevin; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 17 | his family and friends, the passing of Ted Schultz; and be it | ||||||
| 18 | further
