2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Bertram J. "Bert" Brown of Gurnee, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on October 5, 2017; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Bert Brown was born in Waukegan to Burton F. and | ||||||
6 | Felia Sadauski Brown; he graduated from Waukegan High School in | ||||||
7 | 1954; he married Patricia March in 1958; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Bert Brown worked as a plumber for 60 years for | ||||||
9 | both Local 130 and Local 93; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Bert Brown was preceded in death by his wife, | ||||||
11 | Patricia; his parents; and his brother, Gerald Brown; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Bert Brown is survived by his children, Michael | ||||||
13 | Brown, Mark (Marilyn) Brown, and Debbie (Tod) Capko; his | ||||||
14 | grandchildren, Jennifer Capko, Jessica (Travis) Rentzsch, and | ||||||
15 | Matthew and John Brown; his great-grandchildren, Addison | ||||||
16 | Capko, Cayden, Bentley, and Dahlia Doczyk, and Brooklyn | ||||||
17 | Rentzsch; therefore, be it

18 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we morn the passing of | ||||||
20 | Bertram J. "Bert" Brown and extend our sincere condolences to |
