| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of
Chicago Fire Department Lieutenant Thomas | ||||||
| 4 | D. Flahive; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Lt. Thomas Flahive was a member of the Chicago | ||||||
| 6 | Fire Department since 1989; he was a member of Engine Company | ||||||
| 7 | 108 at the time of his passing; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Lt. Thomas Flahive was the beloved husband of Mary | ||||||
| 9 | Faith; the loving father of Daniel, Devin, and Connor (Lauren | ||||||
| 10 | Del Boccio); the dear son of the late Daniel and Violet; and | ||||||
| 11 | the fond uncle of many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 12 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 13 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 14 | his family and friends, the passing of Lieutenant Thomas D. | ||||||
| 15 | Flahive; and be it further
| ||||||
| 16 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 17 | presented to the family of Lt. Thomas Flahive as an expression | ||||||
| 18 | of our sympathy.
