| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are deeply | ||||||
| 3 | saddened to learn of death of Donna J. Hayes of Alton, who | ||||||
| 4 | passed away on September 12, 2012; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Donna Hayes was born on March 5, 1938, in La | ||||||
| 6 | Salle, to Howard and Lela Frances (Noble) Pierce; she married | ||||||
| 7 | Donald E. Hayes on June 1, 1958, in Springfield; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Donna Hayes worked for the Illinois State Police, | ||||||
| 9 | Bethalto National Bank, and U.S. Bank; she was a member of the | ||||||
| 10 | College Avenue Presbyterian Church in Alton; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Donna Hayes was preceded in death by her parents, | ||||||
| 12 | Howard and Lela Frances Pierce, and her granddaughter, | ||||||
| 13 | Stephanie Hayes; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Donna Hayes is survived by her husband, Donald; | ||||||
| 15 | her sons, Daniel (Lisa) R. Hayes, David (Julie) Hayes, Doug | ||||||
| 16 | (Barb) Hayes, and Darrin (Lisa) Hayes; her daughter, Debbie | ||||||
| 17 | (Mark) Macias; her grandchildren, Brian (Tara) Hayes, Scott | ||||||
| 18 | Hayes, Courtney Hayes, Lauran (Ryan) Hoefert, Joni Hayes, | ||||||
| 19 | Hillary Macias, Jordan Hayes, Brittany Hayes, Kaitlyn Hayes, | ||||||
| 20 | Emily Macias, Rachel Hayes, and Brandon Hayes; and her sister, | ||||||

| 4 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
